At Challenge U. Softball, we are dedicated to providing top-tier experiences for our softball athletes, all while ensuring affordability comparable to other leading facilities in the tristate area. Our commitment to excellence extends to our transparent pricing structure, meticulously crafted to reflect the unparalleled level of training and comprehensive offerings included in our program. We strive to provide not only clarity and peace of mind to our athletes and their families but also an exceptional value proposition that encompasses every facet of our club level experience.

For the upcoming season, our full year NJC16U tuition stands at $3820 which includes all of the above with focus on NCAA Showcase training and experience. To secure a roster spot, an initial deposit of $820 (non-refundable) is required by Monday, 8/5/2024, upon signing the player and athlete contract. The remaining balance can be conveniently paid in two installments of $1500 each, due on Friday, September 20th, 2024, and Friday, January 3rd, 2025.

We understand the importance of upfront costs, which is why our organization covers expenses such as gear, uniforms, practice field and facility rentals, coaching staff, and tournament fees well in advance of the season. It's imperative that payments are made on time to ensure participation in our program.
​
While we maintain a strict non-refundable policy for tuition payments, we recognize the uncertainties that may arise, particularly in light of events like COVID-19. In the unfortunate event of a season cancellation prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs after the season has begun, a prorated refund will be provided, reflecting our commitment to fairness and integrity in all circumstances.

At Challenge U. Softball, our aim is not only to cultivate exceptional athletes but also to foster a supportive and transparent environment for all involved. We look forward to another season of growth, learning, and achievement together.

As you're aware, our NJ Challenge yearly cost covers essential elements such as tournament registration fees, winter conditioning fees, apparel packages, coaching fees, field and facility rental fees, all carefully curated to provide a comprehensive training experience. However, we want to ensure transparency regarding additional financial responsibilities.
​
While our program encompasses a significant portion of the commitment, families are responsible for travel, lodging, meals, and other incidentals during tournaments, which fall outside the scope of the included items.
​
We strongly encourage proactive fundraising efforts to help offset these additional costs.
​
